Return any moved furniture or a fee will apply. Tidy up, return games/toys, and clean excess trash inside and out. Reset thermostat to 55.

Great Tahoe Stay

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and modern with tons of windows and light and a fireplace that kept the whole house warm and cozy. The location is perfect, close to Tahoe City and ski resorts. We hope to return!

4th of July Fun

We had the best trip to Tahoe for the fourth. Rita’s Oasis was lovely. The decor was aesthetically pleasing (rare for Tahoe!), there’s a sweet view of the lake, great parking and great location. 5 stars!

This log cabin has been refreshed very beautifully. Modern yet cozy- loved it. It was a short stay, but will would love to return.

Wonderful Stay

Rita's Oasis truly lived up to its name, exceeding our expectations! The house is beautifully adorned, featuring tasteful decor, skylights, and large windows that fill the space with an abundance of natural light. The layout is ideal for a family of four, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The generously stocked kitchen and the presence of real plants throughout the house gave it a warm, homely atmosphere rather than a typical rental property. While we usually prefer staying close to the village when skiing at Northstar, this stunning home was definitely worth the drive. We hope to return soon!

North Shore Beauty

This is a lovely home. Impressive enclosed entry with 2 sets of stairs to the entrance of the home. Well laid out family room with great distant view of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware, etc. Bathroom with shower over tub was small. One of the two bedrooms on the main floor had a closet. The King bedroom upstairs had a stand alone closet. Walk in shower was nice. Bathroom amenities were marginal. The beds were wonderful. Front deck was wonderful. We requested fans and management provided. We will return.
