Friendly staff and very accommodating as they let me check in early after a 16 hour flight. Great location as it is close to many restaurants, 7-11 and Family Mart. About 8 minutes walk to Taichung MRT. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff and great location. Room was nice, but did not love that the whole bathroom - shower, toilet, sink - was glass and viewable from the front door and most of the room.

Front desk staff Wendy is courteous and friendly. We were 20 minutes early for getting our room. She walked us to the lounge. Enjoy the 24 hour lounge. However, I had a hard time falling into sleep. I kept smelling unpleasant odor from the old carpet. The next day with the sunlight came into the room. I noticed there were a lot of stains on the carpet. The carpet look likes need a major cleaning. Breakfast buffet is delicious!

Great place to stay

Everything here was good. Just a little age showing, but other than that it was great. Gym was clean and had complimentary water and towels ready. Business center was a private room which was helpful. Would come back again.

Although the room and facilities are clean, they are dated. Some of the bathrobes provided need to be replaced. One had a hole on it…. I used this hotel many times over the years and it seems to be going down in quality. Sorry to see that.

I wanted to give it an excellent rating, as the service and room was very good. But, what really pissed me off, is that the wifi was really bad. The reception in my room either was very intermittent or none at all. I have to spend time trying to "hunt" for different network, which was very frustrating. For an oversea business traveller, wifi is a given in any good hotel. It is part of services to the hotel guest. But Hotel Tango really was a letdown here.

天閣酒店比我的感覺是一間比較古舊既豪華酒店，因為酒店的大堂很大很漂亮，房間門偏重，房間雖然不算很大，但床卻很大很舒服，所以走動的位置相對較少。酒店房內的電視還有六個電影台，就算天氣不好也可以留在房間看電影打發時間，相當不錯，不過建議不要開太大聲，因為隔音好像一般。洗手間的浴缸有按摩功能，推薦大家一試，唯獨洗手間的門是沒有鎖的，預訂時要留意是否合適。早餐方面，不但選擇多，還很好吃，入住的話建議加早餐和不要太晚才下去用餐，因為會有很多人，要排隊等才有位。這次入住的時候，職員還提早準備好房間讓我們提前入住，這個真的很加分，值得表揚！下次再來台中一定會再考慮入住這間酒店！
