"The only thing that freaked us out when we 1st got there to check in, the office was closed. Said you have to contact office for late check ins after 9pm. We booked online through expedia and never seen that anywhere, til we got our confirmation email and at the very bottom..there it was! Should be at the top!! But there was a number to call and they were very prompt and we didnt have to wait long before we were in our room. They had a lock box on our room door handle for us n a key inside. The room was excellent. Reading all of the reviews for nearby Hotels was very sketchy, so we spent alittle more money to stay here and it most definitely was worth it!! Bed were very comfortable and they have decorated the room very very nice you dont see that at Any other hotel. Artifical florals, excellent coastal furniture decor and medium size fridge,even frosted sliding shower doors with palm trees on them and the opening is arched at the top. Very cute. And small balcony to look out with sliding glass doors with wooden shades. Overall very pleased! Well worth every DOLLAR. Also a bonus I read online since Boca Grande island has restricted parking now, you can request a beach parking pass for the lengthnof your stay on Island! But you can park at the B permit spots, also confirmed with a police officer down the first street we went down to park. Just ask them at front desk. So saved us even more money! huge plus. Great time!!! Will be staying again!! You wont regret staying here!!"

"We loved this rental! Kristin was super helpful from start to finish! It was very clean and comfortable, with a stunning view of Gulf sunsets and dolphins, and both the beach and pool were close and convenient. It was a VERY warm pool! One thing we were not savvy about was the direct impact of the weather on our plans- the wind and fog impacted two of our outing days (we were stranded on the island for the whole day) and we were lucky to have a bit of flexibility and one of our excursions that gave us grace, otherwise we would've lost money due to the ferry being unable to run. This brought about more planning (and some stress). But, overall, the ferry was a fun adventure for our family and we loved the quiet nature of the beach and long beach walks. HIGHLY Recommend!!"

"This condo is fantastic - very comfortable, extremely well kept and super easy to get to from the boat dock. We could not have had a better time on Little Gasparilla Island. Rob and Renee are great owners and Dawn did a wonderful job ensuring we were well taken care of. The owners provide beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, a cart to get everything to the beach, etc. Top to bottom, this was one of our best vacations!"

"Jennifer was amazing to deal with! She responded quickly to questions and requests. The property is well stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. Plenty of extras in the kitchen/fridge like condiments. Lots of beach supplies. Property comes with a golf cart but we didn’t really need it. Easy walking distance to the beach boardwalk from the condo. Equally easy walk to the ferry. Full size washer and dryer are a nice addition. Comfy beds and living room furniture. Ferry was easy to use and always on time. Plenty of carts available to move luggage and groceries. Everyone on the island is very friendly! Can’t say enough about the unit and owner and hoping to make it a regular vacation location! The island is still recovering from the last hurricane but it doesn’t impede the serenity of a super lovely destination! Wish I could give it more stars !!!!"

"I just love this place. What a fun and unique experience. My 12 year old loved the ferry, the golf cart, and finding amazing shells on the beautiful beach. "
