"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. "Nice enough place, very close to Farragut North metro station (1 block). Very disappointed that we could not extend one extra night through Expedia after we checked in. The hotel's reservation center wanted to charge us almost double the rate we paid for the first few nights. We ended up reserving a nicer hotel (thru Exp) about 6 blocks away for only 10-15% more, for one night."

"When I checked in around 3-330 pm, I went to my room on the 7th floor and the entire hallway was lined with piles of dirty linen and towels on both sides of the hallway. I had to walk through this to get to my room. Although the hallway carpet was in very good condition, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. It looked the same when I checked out two days later."

"This place is very clear. The staff were concerned about my wellbeing. When I first arrived, they told me about the meal plan, the event, and the policy. I didn't get breakfast maybe because I didn't pay for that but not a day someone came to my room with breakfast or told me about it. My room was clean all time. Moral room however, the room is very small and only good for a single person who wants to enjoy downtown of DC."
