Perfect family villa

Facilities in the property were just what we needed (even had a cool box and freezer blocks). Good sized deep pool. Communication from agent was excellent. Book with confidence.

very comfortable villa within walking distance of Tala square

The villa is very good, nice swimming pool although a bit on the cool side. Lovely surrounding garden, BBQ which was great, well stocked Kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. TV on the wall was okay but not brilliant. The beds upstairs were a little uncomfortable and the bathrooms could do with modernisation. However all round a very nice place to stay. Loved the location.

Superb Villa

The property is in a very quiet little cul de sac, very private. It is in excellent condition and cared for by the owners very well. Facilities are superb, with the pool area being private and very relaxing. Aircon in all bedrooms and the lounge/kitchen. Wifi was reliable and fast, and meant no teenage moans!Walkable into Tala village (nit far at all), with good choice of restaurants which were good value and welcoming.

Lovely Stay

Great villa. The property is lovely and well maintained. We were delighted with our stay and the overall experience was excellent. The outdoor space and pool area were brilliant, the interior of the property was well looked after and had everything that was needed for a great stay. Tala is lovely, but is very quiet and you need a car. We would definitely recommend.

Lemon Tree Villa was just totally “perfect”! Clean, spacious, bright, airy and very home from home! Bedrooms brilliant sized with adjoining bathrooms to each one! Pool superb spotlessly clean .. outside area was so enjoyable and very private! fabulous kitchen with all mod cons! Steven the Agent was superb on every level

Lemon Tree Villa in Tala near Paphos

Lemon Tree Villa is a lovely,well equipped villa which was also spacious. The pool was brilliant and was bigger than any close by ( we did have a bit of a nosey round the area) Each of the double bedrooms had plenty of space with ample storage and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of appliances,cutlery and crockery; basically everything you needed. The garden was spacious with plenty of greenery and was enclosed and private, complete with both gas and brick built barbecue. Our party of 6 were all adults aged between 54 and 69 and we had and a fantastic stay. The village is on a hillside so every way you went from the villa is uphill, particularly to the village square where there are a few restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend hiring a car because the villa is off the beaten track and everything is a car journey away. We stayed for two weeks so we had three days chilling at the villa then hired a car for eight days (which was so simple and they drive on our side of the road) visiting beaches and other places of interest on the beautiful island, and then the last three days at the villa again. We would all love to go back again!

Gorgeous Villa very clean and well maintained, good sized pool, well positioned for privacy, bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as air conditioning, very comfortable beds as well as 3 pin sockets throughout so no need to take travel adaptors. Several very good restaurants near by. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous Villa, went to a lot of the local restaurants in the square. Recommend renting a car as there is so much to see and do in Cyprus. Would definitely go back.
