Enjoy a relaxing stay at this charming and newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment. With its own separate entrance, this cozy space is on the 2nd floor of a lovely home built in 1930, situated on a large fenced in property with lots of privacy. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a sitting area with large screen TV. The kitchen has a small dining area and is equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator and toaster oven. Convenient guest parking is located at the back of the property. Pickleball Court with equipment on property. This urban oasis awaits your visit.

The place is great in a quiet neighborhood with an easy drive to FSU. Easy parking and the apartment was like being in your own home very relaxing. The Hosts were very accommodating its totally private. Would go back again.
