「The place was clean and in a convenient location. Everything was self-serviced. There’s no TV in the room, but not a big problem as we only spent a night there. There was no soap in the dispenser in our room, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Laundry service was available but apparently only between 9am-9pm, which was basically useless to travellers who arrived late at the hotel.」

「Excellent location on the edge of Tallinn's Old Town, with several other amenities (such as Solaris shopping centre and cinemas) a short walk away. Tram T4 provides direct access to/from the airport. Clean, well appointed room and bathroom. Management might consider replacing mattresses rather than using toppers (my only complaint). Very helpful reception and other staff. Great breakfast. Very cosy and convenient bar. A very enjoyable stay. I would happily stay again.」

「What an absolutely beautiful hotel. It was right outside of Old Town Tallinn and in the newer part of the city. So many shopping and restaurant options nearby. We walked to and from Terminal D and just about the entire time we were there. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.」

「water stopped at the first night，called front desk，and nobody pick the phone」
