"We (family of four including two young kids) loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful from the minute we walked through the door. Not everyone spoke English but there are at least a few people on their staff who do; we did not have any issues. The entire hotel and our room was very clean. There is a 7-11 below the hotel which was extremely convenient. There are two subway stations within walking distance, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again."

"Room was very small, no room to open suitcase and leave open. We had 3 people in the room. It was very nice but cramped."

"Great location. There are a lot of APA hotels in the area so anyone is fine. I chose one with an onsen which this one had and it was awesome. There was on onsen inside and one outside. The hotel has a south and Main building long we were in the South but the onsen is in the main but it just a corridor away (you do have to walk outside for 10 sec though. Overall a great location and a great stay. "

"Great location in SHINJUKU but I won’t recommend staying in this area with small kids as it’s the “red light district” of Tokyo. But if you are an adult it is perfect, very clean and super safe and close trains limousine buses to the airport, restaurants and convenience stores. "

"The hotel was in a very convenient location - especially for first time visitors to Tokyo. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue was that our experience with the staff is that they weren’t the most friendly and it was quite chaotic in the lobby with their bag storage system."
