"Expérience peu concluante. Cet hôtel est encastré dans un grand magasin avec accueil au 3ème étage. Il est également loin du centre avec des embouteillages monstrueux à Dhaka. "dirty bed. Looks like bedsheets and pillows were never washed. The were discolored and had a lot of hairs. Bad smell from bed, room, and bathroom. Bathroom towels were extremely dirty and discolored. Commode ring was broken that punched my skin. Never saw such a dirty hotel in my life. I got mislead by the review score in Orbitz. I could not sleep at all due to bad smell, dirty bed, and mosquitos. Orbitz should not list any such hotel.. I was fully frustrated. "

"Convenient for whoever is going to the airport. Restaurant is okay and you have to order food beforehand. Most staff are okay. They served the complimentary breakfast cold. Just toast and parata with potato curry. And sweet and little coffee. Elevator is installed in a weird position; if you have heavy luggage, you need to carry it half of the way. "

"I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. "Hotel was clean and comfortable. Walking distance from the airport. Staff was great and very helpful. Great shower and AC. Very safe. Th staff made my stay better. This hotel is a 10 out of 10. The city of Dhaka is a negative 10 out of 10 so if you’re forced to enter Dhaka I would recommend this hotel and never leaving the hotel. After visiting 150 countries and all their capitals, this city ranks as close to the bottom as it gets. "
