The property was great for kids. The staff was very nice but as a couple traveling without children it felt more like a Disney cruise. The beach access is a public access and the hotel closes its doors at 6:30pm meaning you have to walk around if youd like to go after that. Also, the parking lot fills up quick so they shuttle you to an external parking lot that is very far away. Once you're parked, you're parked. Overall 8/10 if you're traveling with children.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and situated in a beautiful location. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, and the sea view was truly worth the additional cost. Unfortunately, the dining experience did not meet the same high standard as the hotel itself. The buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner were disappointing overall. On several occasions, basic items such as coffee and tea were unavailable, the vegetables were significantly overcooked, and the overall quality of the food was below expectations. I was also disappointed that when I chose not to have breakfast the following day, no credit or adjustment was offered for the unused meal. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel, its location, cleanliness, staff, and beautiful sea views. However, the quality and service of the buffet dining could be greatly improved to bring it in line with the otherwise standard of the property.

Not satisfied. We made a reservation for two rooms two people instead of two rooms for people by mistake. We tried to correct it by messaging and calling the hotel immediately, and also went online to make a new reservation. We were told it was ok, and we date online that there was no difference in price. When we arrived at the hotel, they would not honor the price that we were told and charged us a lot extra per person. We were here three years ago and and the food was excellent. This time, it was not so good. We do not recommend staying here.
