“We had a last minute vacation and found this beautiful home. The owner was very accommodating! The location is great but about 30 mins. from Tamarindo. You must have your own car if you are going to be touring but it is easy to get to everything in the area.”

“We came to Tamarindo for a wedding, but didn’t want to stay at the hotel. There were 7 adults in our group who wanted something more private so we chose Hacienda del Pacifico. Pros: Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Courtyard area with pool and outdoor kitchen was AMAZING. Cleaning service came on certain days. Property felt safe and secure. Check in/out was very easy. Host was very responsive and helpful. Access to the beach was VERY convenient. House provided beach chairs, towels, ice……

“It was a nice house only issue bathroom in bedrooms do not have doors that affect with light of the sun in the morning if you wanted to sleep until late it was impossible. For the rest it was amazing”

“The property was fantastic, exactly like the pictures, if not better. Location was also perfect, quiet, relaxing and only a 15 min walk to downtown. We also had access to a beach club which was only about a 6 min walk. Jose was very easy to deal with and replied to messages promptly. Mari arrived each morning to cook a delicious breakfast and kept the house clean. We could not have enjoyed our time more at this property!”

“My husband and I stayed here for a much needed getaway for two. This house was absolutely perfect and exactly as pictured. It was spotless, the beds were comfy, and it was stocked with everything we could possibly need. We practically lived out by the pool in the covered outdoor living space when we weren’t out exploring. The outdoor shower was great, we barely used the one in the master! Highly recommend a golf cart to explore Hacienda Pinilla, it would be a very long walk to the resorts or……

“This house is absolutely incredible. The pictures don't do it justice. We had 10 adults celebrating a 40th birthday and it couldn't have been any better than this - all of us said we would come back to this area and this house. Miguel is awesome - he helped us book ziplining, private chef, private catamaran tour and arranged transportation from the airport. All top notch service and amazing people who we interacted with. “First off, Donald was a great host and very responsive. I had difficulty finding the property but that is most likely due to being up for over 24hrs. The property was as listed. Nothing fancy but suited our needs. We loved the location as it is away from the areas with heavy tourist traps. Locals were very friendly and safe- would recommend the area/property for families with young and older children. The only complaint I have is the dogs barking in the middle of the night. “This house was amazing!! The view and pool were spectacular. The house had lots and lots of space for 3 family’s. Everyone had their own bathroom and the living space was super comfy for everyone. My kids loved swimming in the pool and exploring the ocean just steps away. We would definitely come back again:).”
