It was fine
The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view.

Che kin process was a bit rocky but all worked out. Place was clean and confortable. Little cabana tiki hut with food and drink saved the day! Highly recommend .

Overall it was a good place to stay. Wish the bed was bigger, not used to a full size bed, and wish the place had ceiling fans in the rooms because the a/c and the unit fan are horribly loud. Nice amenities on site and the views of the bay are good. Only had one spectacular sunset, but can’t control the weather.

Short Family Trip to Tampa
Overall the property and condo were how they appeared in the pictures. That being said the overall cleanliness of both were average at best. The condo needs a thorough deep clean. The property also needs some TLC and updating. Loved the bar and grill by the pool!

Good for the price. We didn’t realize the location was so far away from the main city. The elevator was rather slow. The unit itself had a good view of the bay. People at the pool can definitely see into your living room even on the fourth floor so be aware. A few of the towels didn’t seem really clean.

We were thrilled to have such an amazing view, have a balcony, and be so close to the pool. Pool has 1 of those mini libraries. The food stand had a great menu. Condo was very clean and just beautiful. Ac worked great, no issues with hot water (2 teen girls) Fridge has ice maker. We had ample towels, tp, dish soap. Tips: elevator slow so just use stairs, laundry is not IN the condo; there is a laundry room and take your own laundry soap and change (change machine was broken when we were there).

Great stay at Rocky Point
This 4th-floor suite had the best view of the bay. The food at the on-site restaurant was great. Check-in was smooth, towels were plenty and soft.
