Perfect for my Christmas stay

Good central location. The resort is undergoing repairs from the storms, but the room was great and the little bar and restaurant is reopened and very nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

Positives: great location, convenient to the airport and shopping. Full kitchen, large dining area & living room. Friendly staff at the Welcome center and guard shack & restaurant. Negatives: the coat rack fell off the wall as soon as we entered. The bedroom extremely small with very little storage space. The ironing board inside the closet did not retract and took up a lot of space. The kitchen dishwasher smelled horrible, even after going through a cycle. There were no dish towels or potholders to remove hot food from the oven, the batteries in the remote for the living room were dead so we had to remove them from room to room. These may seem like small things, but it’s the little things that make the stay more comfortable. This unit is very cute but needs some maintenance & love.

Property is adequate. Fresh paint and decor was nice. Cleanliness of floors was poor and a stained couch was noted. There was limited seating and kitchen supplies for two. Difficult to walk around the area due to lack of sidewalks. Security and parking facilities were good.

Almost Perfect

The only issues were the bathroom door was very hard to close and squeaked loudly, so it was impossible for me or my daughter to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night without waking the other. Also, the thin shear drape in the living room allowed so much light inside, in the morning, it made it impossible for anyone using the sleeper sofa to sleep in past 7:00. Otherwise, the stay was very comfortable and accomodating.

yearly spring training trip

we love this place!been staying here for a few years now always meet great people the pool/bar is great! I did miss my sundeck this year as it got destroyed in the last hurricane I look forward to coming down every time

Very disappointed about the dead roaches that kept popping up. Made me my daughter paranoid to leave our bags on the floor. Didn’t really get a solution other than them sending someone to pick them up. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.
Im from up north this was biggest roach I’d ever seen. Lol

Nice, but noisy

So the unit and the location were good. The noise, however, is a deal-breaker. There was a lot of noise coming from parking garage (unit is directly above the guard's station). The laundry facility close to unit so you could hear the rolling of the laundry bins at all hours. The people upstairs were hooting and hollering at 3:45 a.m. Out of 5 nights, we got maybe 1 good night of sleep (and we wear foam earplugs). Very frustrating to come home from vacation more tired than when you left.
