Great seclusion

The house was in a rough neighborhood, but it is well secluded. It was gorgeous in the backyard and clean. We would definitely stay here again!!

A slice of paradise

Everything we hoped for and more! Just a few minutes after we booked the house, the host, Jessica immediately reached out and thanked us for the booking. She also sent a us a video of the property, which was even more beautiful than the pictures. She was very accommodating throughout our trip, including letting us check in a few hours early (as we got to Tampa a few hours earlier than expected) and even giving us restaurant recommendations. The property was absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing time there. We will definitely be back!

My stay

I surprise my son with this stay for his birthday he absolutely loved it he’s ready to stay again! I picked this stay based on the photos and it was everything and more I was looking for it was the highlight of his Birthday. The owner is quick with responding and very helpful!

The best amazing home if you can kids!

My family and I enjoyed this amazing rental had an amazing backyard view of the bay. Such cozy backyard patio upstairs and down stairs. When we arrived to the rental property they greeted us with such hospitality and even gave us a gift basket with chips, coffee and tea. They constantly kept in communication with every question we had. I invited Jessica to kayak with me since it’s the first I have ever done it and she didn’t even hesitate to say yes, but they her dad offered to take all of us the pontoon since I had my family with me and no one will feel left out. I spend my time outside listening to Mother Nature on the jacuzzi just enjoying the time I had left there and taking in the beautiful view. Jessica, thank you so much for the amazing hospitality you and your father offered us. I pray you get more guest so they can enjoy this home the way we did. Take care 💕

Weekend Getaway

Came down to Tampa from Orlando for a concert over the weekend. The place was just what we needed and had everything we could’ve wanted. It was nice to take the Kayaks out in the river. If you like outdoor spaces, this is the place for you. Parking can be a little tight if you have a truck or large SUV. However, even with my f150, we managed to park just fine.

Girls Weekend Getaway

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for the weekend and LOVED the split level plan because each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom to get ready in! We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the upstairs deck and spent the evening in the hot tub below. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and it was a quick drive over to the arena and everything we wanted to see downtown. Great location, great amenities, we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tampa!

Beautiful little getaway tucked in the heart of a city

Everything was clean and modern. You can tell that the owner did the all of the upgrades themselves and they did an amazing job. Given the limited space, they have given a lot of thought into the use of the space. We would stay again.
