Perfect location!

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It was perfectly suited for our family allowing us to either have our own space or come together. We enjoyed the ease of getting to everything and just walking around the neighborhood. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

UT Grad stay

Spacious, clean and easy trip to downtown. Near perfect. Very nice finishes and updated spaces. Clean lawn and yard. Could use a hand rail on back steps and top of indoor steps. The bottom floor master does not have AC vents but was easily remedied by leaving door open to rest of house. Overall, still excellent. Beats having family spread around a hotel.

It's OK

Nothing special. Decent location. One full bathroom in the master, and the three bedrooms upstairs have to share one small bathroom. House is pretty dated and they did the most they could with an old house. Mattresses were OK and I didn't like the pillows at all. Very full and firm which cranked my neck. Also, the bedroom I stayed in didn't have a window shade and a beaming street light didn't provide for the best sleep.
