Family Vacation

House was just what we needed. We were in town for a hockey tournament in Wesley Chapel (15 minutes away) and the house had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we fished in the lake behind the house - kids caught a few bass so they had a blast.

Relaxing

The property is very clean and comfortable. In addition to the pool this property has a great yard. The location is great as it is close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Communication with them was amazing. They immediately responded to any and all requests and questions. The beds are very comfortable. My family had a great time and we would highly recommend this rental home. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location but some maintenance issues

On the positive side the house was clean and spacious with a scenic view of the lake at the back. It was a perfect location, close to USF, Busch gardens and Ybor’s historic downtown. Some parts of the neighborhood seemed a little run down which I did not expect for the price. We did experience some issues, most notably with water quality. You could see brown sediment where the water settled and there was a distinct odor; definitely not safe for drinking. The master toilet needed maintenance and so too the water filtration system. To their credit the rental company and Property Manager were prompt with responding but I wish I were warned about the water issue, I may have selected somewhere else.

Relaxing getaway after long days at work!!

Open floor plan with plenty of room for us to have our own individual space. Pool and lake gave a sense of tranquility after a long day working. Kitchen had all the basic essentials for cooking.

Lutz House with pool

The house was clean but lacked the everyday cleaning supplies to spot clean during our stay. Lighting in the bathroom was bad. Could use LED Can lights not just led bulbs. They did supply supply some bulbs later in the stay. The towels were sub par. The master bed & frame needs to be replaced, hard & squeeky. Bunk beds were comfortable. Bedroom behind garage had poor circulation of air. Had to purchase fans to cool. Pool was not heated. Pool needs some work & bar is roting at the bottom. Grass wasn't cut when we got there. Noticed a few spiders insects later in the stay. I would not stay her again for the $$. Neighborhood is run down and had expected more from the pics.
