If I could give negative stars, I would.
We booked this hotel for one night after a late flight before boarding a cruise — and I have never experienced anything like this. The first room we were assigned hadn’t been cleaned at all: unmade beds, trash, and an overall filthy appearance. We were told it was a mistake and were given another room.
The second room was somehow worse. While the beds were made, there were roaches crawling across the bed as if they lived there permanently. I also have a video of a roach inside the refrigerator — absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
We left immediately and did not stay. The only positive part of the experience is that the front desk receptionist processed a full refund without any argument.
This hotel needs more than a deep cleaning — it needs to be condemned and rebuilt. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.
