The Property location is excellent, the views are nice and the people who lived there were quite friendly. we had communication with the property manager. When we arrived, the pool pass was missing. The floors were black everywhere. We had to go out and purchase cleaning items and there were no vacuum. We cleaned the floors on our hands and knees, which took us two hours on Christmas Eve. It was so dirty we couldn’t walk without turning our feet black. They’re very limited items in the kitchen, including a few pans that were cut inside and pieces of the pan were falling into the food. While this is a great location and the upstairs master bed is comfortable the lack of cleanliness and inability to cook anything and a broken coffee pot was very disappointing. All of the televisions did not work. We were able to figure out one of them and went out and purchased new batteries fir the remote . we have stayed many places around the world, and this was an unfortunate experience. I think it is not well cared for .
