Conveniently located less than 5 minutes away from the airport, Raymond James Stadium, Steinbrenner Field, Cypress Point Park, St. Joe's Hospital and some of the best shopping & fine dining Tampa has to offer all at your footsteps.

The place was clean but found 3 dead bug and dead ants also a dead gecko ! Was nervous that I was going to bring a live one home. They needed to do a walk thur before having guest check in !!!

Really nice property, great location, very well equipped and clean. Just had one issue with some ants which was resovled by manager sending pest control. Besides that, all good. Had a wonderful time in tampa. There are also 2 malls that are very close by. Would definitely rebook in the future.

Great Stay

Place is perfect for a small group. We had 2 adults and 1 kid and it was more than enough space. Location is great as well. Not far from any attractions near Tampa. We traveled to Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg and it wasn't bad at all! I really don't have any negative things to say. We really enjoyed the stay!

Cute cottage with a great host

We had a great visit to Tampa. The house was perfect for us. It was in an older neighborhood but a charming 3 bedroom cottage. Everything was of top standard, nothing too much trouble, the décor throughout was lovely, clean, and well maintained. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything that was expected.
