「From booking to checkout, the experience was perfect. Cathy is beyond lovely and very responsive to all our questions and requests. The property is perfect. Its close to neighbours but you would never know. It feels very secluded and peaceful. Cathy really thought of every little detail. The front yard is big enough to play some soccar or set up a badminton net. The backyard is truly heaven. There is a large enough space for big groups but also plenty of small seating areas if you want to do...

「My family and I returned home from our vacation at The Perch this past Saturday. It was absolutely lovely. Our hosts we very organized and timely in their communications and they set a level of expectation that they more than achieved. Upon arrival we found all kinds of little touches that warmed our hearts. The cottage is clean and very well stocked. I mean WELL STOCKED. It is sadly very rare to rent a cottage and find pots and pans that are not warped or furniture that smells of a curbside....

The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were all comfortable and the living space was perfect for hanging out and watching a movie. What really makes this property are all the different outdoor spaces. The upper deck was ideal for morning coffee and after dinner lounging. The waterfront was outstanding, with excellent swimming...
