“Fint litet hotell med familjär känsla. Bra läge med promenadavstånd till huvudgatan, men ändå lite på sidan om, så det är lugnt. Mysigt poolområde. Personalen är otroligt vänlig och service-minded. Vi bokade chaufför till både stränder och flygplats via hotellet. Jätteduktig chaufför som körde lugnt och säkert. Enda minuset är att det var väldigt svajigt internet i vårt rum. Utomhus fungerade det klockrent. ”

“This is the best hotel in Mataram I had ever been stayed. The breakfast is as good as Aston hotel. The quality is better than Aston and Golden or Lombok Plaza. The Spa is the best. The service is made me feel comfortable. I will live again. Also, will introduce my guests live here.”

“A really nice hotel with great service, delicious breakfast, great location to restaurants and social life plus the pool outside the room. Just amazing.”

“Overall the stay was nice, the only problem we had was the shower water. When you turn on the shower water for the first 3-5 mins it had a werid smell. it's almost like those hot spring sulfur smell. As you let the water runs for a few mins, the smell gradually go away. ”

“Das Amber Lombok Beach Resort war das mit Abstand beste Hotel unserer gesamten Indonesien-Reise. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir würden es zu 100% weiterempfehlen und möchten auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen. Wir hatten auf Bali einen Rollerunfall und wurden sogar von Karin aus dem Hotel ganz wunderbar medizinisch versorgt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, die Zimmer toll und der Pool und der Strand immer sehr……

“Good location, very clean and only basic amenities (no gym or pool). The service was a bit strange, in terms of lack of flexibility, and food not exciting. However, there is an excellent Malaysian restaurant attached to the front of the hotel that was incredible!”

“Stayed for 5 nights. The receptionist who helped us checked in was very nice. Ahe also recommended to rent a motorcycle so we can explore anytime we wanted to go out. Without the motorbike, I dont think we would have seen Lombok's natural beauty and its villages. Our overall experience was unforgettable. Thank you!”

“Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im TIKA Lombok und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere Herman, Nirwana und Ivan haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Die Lage ist super, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, man kann günstig einen Roller leihen, der Pool ist fantastisch, das Frühstück war gut und unser Zimmer sauber. ”

“The hotel seems for a long time not fix and tidy it. Breakfast is ok. But the sofa is too queasiness that i even not want to sat there. Also, the location is too far away with kuta. I can not find out taxi or gojet. Only asking for hotel help. The hotel called a taxi, it is too expensive than blue bird or gojet. I do not have a choice to accept it. It is the place i would never recommend and visit again.”

“とても満足しています。ホテル全体の設備が全て綺麗に整えられていました。私の予約していた部屋はプライベートプール付きvillaで、リビングルームとキッチン付き❗️ とても綺麗で、広くて感動しました😍 朝食もとてもおしゃれで美味しかったです。フロント､レストランのスタッフさん達も皆親切でした。マッサージも2時間受けましたが､そちらも素晴らしいかったです👍”

“I loved staying here. I stayed 6 nights. The gardens and two pools are beautiful. There are fountains. The WiFi is great. The staff are nice. They have laundry service. It’s a tropical place in the city. I recommend it and hope to return.”
