「Upon are arrival to the property 15 minutes before check in time was not quite ready. They gave us the key and we went to the condo. We were still waiting for the bathroom to be cleaned and the bed to be made. If the rest of the property was clean why not the bathroom. Apparently there were issues with the laundry service that day that caused some issues. Also Expedia shows the property to have a king bed but it’s just a double bed. The property said they have been asking to get that changed on...

「The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.」

「After we checked in you go to the next counter and get your parking pass. He says Expedia has a discount for shows. I'm thinking like something so different. They hit you up for 2 hours of trying to sell you vacation package. I wasn't aware of this. The pools were nice to swim in. I booked this hotel for the water slide and of course it was broke! Didn't offer a discount on next time stay. That was disappointing along with the roaches in our bed and on the wall. I thought for sure the manager...

「The Property was great. We had stayed at Surrey's before but this was our first time to stay at the Townhouses. We loved it; plenty of room for everyone. We will be staying here again! It's always nice to have the kitchen and laundry if needed. Everything was extremely clean.」
