"A/C worked great had to keep it turned on to drown out noise from room next door i complained twice , non working coffee machine they brought another on but it didn’t work, lamp shed not bolted on shade almost fell off dirty halls ways , elevator was filthy the place just dirty overfilled trash cans outside "

"We checked in pretty late. The gal at check in was nice. I guess I didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel, which is on me, but there was hair in the sheets of one of the beds. I have pets myself so I know that pet hair really gets into the fabric, but that should also prompt the housekeeping staff to check a little more carefully before putting new sheets on the bed. We did call downstairs, and get new sheets, but it was still a little bit. Frustrating to have to put sheets on the bed after traveling for several hours. Madison at the front desk was very kind and brought us to some new sheets very quickly. Other than that, the property was clean and well kept very quiet. The mattresses were very firm, and the refrigerator in the room actually did not work. I did not report it to the front desk because I had already complained about the sheets. "
