"Arnaque il mon pris l’argent mais pas d’hôtel "

"A fuire , j ai reservé cette appartement pour mon papa , un ami a lui et moi. Je reserve l etablissement a 14h30 et je vois par la suite que le check in ce fait de 13h à 15h. Je decide donc de joindre le contact sur place pour lui annoncer que nous sommes en route et que nous aurons un leger retard mais ce mr n’a jamais repondu. Pres de 20 appels plutard je decide de joindre hotel.com pour me faire rembourser et la plate forme americain refuse car le loueur lui meme refuse…. Resultat aucune...

"We booked the apartment for one night and received a confirmation. When we arrived they said they were all booked out and we did not have a room. The staff stated that we needed to call in advance that we are coming and have another confirmation with the staff. "

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach and around town. Our host was super nice and greeted us when we arrived and was very accommodating. We highly recommend this place."

"Rental was very clean and felt safe. There are a lot of stairs and no towels/soaps, so prepare for that. Renter was helpful and available for questions."

I didn’t expect in that condition. Once I seen it in that rotten condition I left , and got apartment somewhere else. I took pictures of the property if you like I could send them. "The location is pretty good. One block from the beach. Grocery store is close. Walkable to the medina. The apartment could use some work. The beds are not good. But the price is right. Lots of space. "

"It’s an exceptional property, Dunia and Widad are an amazing receptionists. Definitely coming back to this area. Bonus: location is near the New Andalus restaurant which has great breakfast and views."

"Nous avions réservé un appartement au bâtiment F et finalement nous avons eu l'appartement dans le E bref arrivé a 18h et logement était ba peine prêt ménage pas terminé. Nous étions 6personnes et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes pratique et ne parlons pas des couverts 2fourchettes 1 couteau et 2Cuilleres. Une honte on réserve pour 6 et ce n'est même pas équipé nous avons été obligé de prendre les couvertures qu'il y avait dans notre voiture car pas assez pour tout le monde bref je ben recommande...
