“My week’s stay at Barcelo Tanger was extremely pleasurable. The staff were very accommodating, Soltane in particular provided an excellent service when our room’s air conditioning was not working when we initially arrived. The hotel being in a prime location was very convenient and one of the best things about the hotel. “À notre arrivée, on nous explique que la chambre n’est pas disponible car elle a était donné à d’autres personnes. Nous nous retrouvons alors à dormir à 3 dans un lit à 2 car s’était la seule option. Aucun serviettes de douche sur tous les séjour alors que nous les avons réclamé au minimum trois fois pas jour. La piscine est en mauvais état et les transat aussi. Le spa est fermé définitivement mais s’est signalé nul part. Impossible de rajouter les petit déjeuner sur place”
