「The room was dirty. The floor was covered in dirt so badly that walking across the floor in bare feet coated the bottom of the feet. We had to place bed linens on the floor in order to walk without shoes. The photo shows the dirt on my finger after rubbing it across the floor in the center of the room. 」

「What a lovely place to get away. The building had quaint charm and my room was cozy and welcoming. All I needed for a fire was ready to go, bed and bedding was luxurious and comfortable, coffee for the morning with REAL creamer in the fridge. The dining room and common sitting room was inviting and decorated beautifully. My made to order breakfast was healthy and delicious. Biggest treat was the personable staff. True locals that treated me like a new friend.」

「Manager had to cancel all reservations due to some on going litigation with manager and owner of hotel. Phone service down at hotel. Arrived after driving 10+ hours for manager to tell me the situation. Manager also explained key cards are inoperable, phone and WiFi were down, and power was intermittent. She also explained (and I confirmed) that all other hotels within vicinity were booked up. I ended up booking last room available at the Angel Fire resort we were skiing out of. Was not planning...
