The staff was as friendly, genuine and helpful as one could hope for they seem to really enjoy working there and had a sense of ownership. My one criticism was the Internet connection in my room 622 dropped out periodically making watching a movie on my computer. Very frustrating. In spite of this, our experience was definitely a five star experience"

"There is no a place for the dogs to do their business - it is all broken up concrete = no receptacles for the BM. The walls are paper thin so you can hear the people talking in the room next door and the air conditioner did not work well. It is not close to the historic part of town and on the busy highway so you can hear the traffic. I will never go back there. Very, very disappointed but the staff was very nice which helped me deal with a difficulty situation."
