On the ground floor there is a beautiful, bright and open-plan living room that simply invites you to relax. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining area is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower. One bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor.



The outdoor area is characterised by the pool and the covered dining area. The pool consists of two parts, the deeper one for swimming and the shallower one for relaxing. A charcoal barbecue is available for all barbecue fans. The villa is only 2.5 km from the beach. The Tar-Vabriga area offers cultural and recreational events (e.g. donkey races). Vinjan (11 km from Porec) is a small town on a hill surrounded by forests, known for its internationally famous astronomical observatory.
