「Communication prior to arrival was frustrating.We had difficulty accessing information about the booking, including whether linen was supplied. We also did not receive our check-in instructions as expected and had to contact the property manager shortly before arrival to obtain them.Once we made contact, the instructions were resent and we were able to access the property without issue. However, the process created unnecessary stress leading up to our stay.」
