Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer schƶnen Anlage. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist aber in die Jahre gekommen. Es sind einige Sachen alt und kaputt.

Schƶne Ferienwohnung mit seitlichem Meerblick - ruhig und strandnah

Sehr schƶne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei BƤdern, einer gut ausgestatteten KĆ¼che, einem Wohn-/Esszimmer und einem perfekten Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Dadurch dass das GelƤnde neben der Wohnanlage nicht bebaut ist, liegt diese Wohnung perfekt ruhig und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick. Wir haben jeden Morgen mit dem Blick auf dem Bild gefrĆ¼hstĆ¼ckt und auch abends den Balkon und das Meeresrauschen sehr genossen. Die Anlage hat eine Tiefgarage, so dass auch das Auto sicher abgestellt ist. Der lange und weiƟe Sandstrand ist nur 250 m entfernt und man erreicht ihn durch die Anlage und dann auf Dielenbƶden Ć¼ber die geschĆ¼tzte DĆ¼nenlandschaft. Mehrere Chirringuitos / Bars am Strand laden zum Verweilen, Kaffee trinken und Essen ein. Auch Liegen und Sonnenschirme gegen GebĆ¼hr sind vorhanden. FĆ¼r einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu zweit oder viert genau die richtige Adresse. Mein Mann und ich haben uns wunderbar erholt und die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Der kleine Ort liegt etwa 1 km entfernt und bietet vom Supermarkt Ć¼ber kleine ShoppinglƤden bis zu Restaurants einfach alles. Vor allem das schƶne Restaurant "Antonio" im gleichnamigen Hotel mƶchte ich hier noch erwƤhnen, wo man bei tollem Sonnenuntergang wunderbar speisen kann. Thunfisch sollte auf jeden Fall hier in dieser Region genossen werden. Er ist einfach super lecker und frisch und einfach toll. Ich habe ihn nirgendwo besser gegessen als hier. Alles in allem 5 Sterne. Die Wohnung sieht wirklich fast aus wie auf den Bildern (die ungefƤhr 10 Jahre alt sind) und sich deshalb nur etwas natĆ¼rlich in dieser Zeit abgenutzt hat. Wenn wir wieder in diese Ecke Andalusiens reisen, dann buchen wir wieder hier! Danke fĆ¼r alles. Danke auch an Pepa fĆ¼r das freundliche spanische Willkommen und an Francisco, mit dem die Kommunikation auf Englisch auch wunderbar geklappt hat. Ich bin mit allem sehr zufrieden und schicke ein groƟes Muchas gracias nach Atlantarra, Zahara de los Atunes. Frank & Michaela

El entorno es precioso, la casa estaba muy equipada y el propietario fue muy atento

Nuestras experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria. El sitio era muy tranquilo y cĆ³modo para estar con perros. Las zonas comunes de la urbanizaciĆ³n son muy amplias y estĆ”n muy cuidadas y la piscina es estupenda. En cuanto a la propiedad, Ć©sta contaba con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

El apartamento es bonito y muy acogedor. EstĆ” a un paso de la piscina y de la playa. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cĆ³modas. La urbanizaciĆ³n y la piscina son espectaculares. La playa es magnĆ­fica. Los propietarios, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Una muy buena experiencia.

ESTANCIA MUY AGRADABLE

El apartamento era muy bonito, muy soleado, cĆ³modo y con unas vistas preciosas. Se respira mucha paz allĆ­. AyudĆ³ mucho a que tuvieramos unas vacaciones fantasticas. Mis padres y yo pasamos unos dĆ­as geniales disfrutando de relajantes paseos con nuestro perro por la playa, a la que se accedĆ­a directamente desde el jardĆ­n. La urbanizaciĆ³n tiene unos jardines muy bonitos. El dueƱo estuvo muy pendiente de que estuviramos a gusto en todo momento. Nos encantarĆ­a repetir cuando podamos. Es un apartamento para recomendar.

VISTAS PRECIOSAS

Es la primera vez que alquilamos este apartamento. Nos ha gustado mucho porque es muy coqueto, soleado y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Estaba provisto de todo lo que necesitamos y muy limpio. Buen apartamento a buen precio.Vistas inmejorables

Mi mujer y yo pasamos unos dĆ­as formidables la semana pasada. A veces cuando hemos ido de vacaciones, nos ha pasado que las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. En este caso podemos decir que sĆ­. Destacamos las preciosas vistas desde el salĆ³n asĆ­ como la luminosidad. Nos pareciĆ³ que estaba muy coqueto y bien limpio. La urbanizaciĆ³n era preciosa, con unos jardines y piscinas preciosos. La playa a un paso.. Un verdadero lujo. La zona muy bonita. Hicimos varias excursiones aunque lo que nos apetecĆ­a era descansar. En fin, pasamos unos dĆ­as que nos encantarĆ­a repetir. El trato con Francisco, el propietario, fue muy cordial y atento. MUY BUENA UBICACIƓN

UNAS VACACIONES ESTUPENDAS El apartamento, estupendo y la ubicaciĆ³n no puede ser mejor. A pie de playa y al ser semifrontal, con vistas realmente bonitas. TenĆ­a mucha luz y nos resultĆ³ muy cĆ³modo para ir con niƱos. Los trĆ”mites de la reserva fueron muy fĆ”ciles y el dueƱo muy amable y servicial en todo momento. Quedamos muy satisfechos. MarĆ­a
