「The room was spotless and perfect for sour overnight stay. But the staff were exceptionally friendly especially Matthew, we had, had a very long day driving because of the weather and to be greeted with warmth and a smile was a delight. Thank you 」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. 「Al llegar al hotel, mi reserva no coincidía con la que tenía el hotel. Me he alojado unos 10 años en este hotel y parece que ha cambiado de gerencia. El mantenimiento es precario. Así, por ejemplo, una lámpara de mi habitación no funcionaba y la otra, fluorescente, parpadeaba constantemente.
