“This listing was over all very quiet, cozy, spotless and relaxing. There is plenty to do in the area. The Famous Sponge Docks and Beaches are minutes away. I definitely recommend this listing for couples and for family’s with children! The host was very accommodating and answered questions very quickly! We had a……

“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to serious cleanliness, pest, plumbing, and maintenance issues. There was garbage and debris under the beds, and balled-up cellophane tape and crumbs were found in more than one bed. Bugs were also found in the linen closet. Throughout our stay, we saw numerous flying insects that appeared to be termites, and on four separate occasions termites landed on us. There was significant damage to the floors that appeared consistent with wood rot or……

“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet. Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……
