Mauvaise literie

1 nuit réservée pour 3 (2 adultes 1 enfant 12ans)et seulement 2 lits côte à côte dans la chambre a partager ! Jamais vu ça. Literie très mauvaise. Petit frigo présent dans la chambre, super, mais vide et ne fonctionne pas. Petite piscine agréable

Tråkigt, dålig mat men enkelt att parkera

Ett hotell som ligger förhållandevis långt utanför centrum (3-4 km), dålig service men framförallt mycket dålig mat, som om kockarna gått hem och överlåtit matlagningen till, ja vem vet vem..

Limpieza mejorable

El hotel en sí está bien, ya habíamos estado otra vez. Habíamos solicitado una tipo de habitación como preferencia y cumplieron con lo deseado. La cama enorme! Sin embargo el baño cuando llegamos no estaba muy limpio (el wc) y eso es inaceptable.

Personnel au top ! Hôtel très propre, un peu loin du centre mais au final tres près de tout vu qu’on est également à 10 min du centre de Salou. Chambre très spacieuse, nous avons séjourner avec un bébé de 6 mois. Piscine superbe et bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner complet complet et très bon. J’y retournerai sans problème

j'ai été dans cet hôtel l'an passé car il m'a parût assez bien mais cette année cela n'allait plus : la restauration sous forme de buffet a été décevant tant pour la qualité que pour l'organisation de se servir. pour la chambre la douche avait le tuyau qui fuyait et on mettait de l'eau partout. Il n'y avait pas de brosse à nettoyer les toilettes ?? Pas une petite bouteille d'eau dans le petit frigo (c'est quand même un 4 étoiles...) je n'y retournerai pas

Great hotel outside the city

It's a nice hotel but a bit off from the inner city. If you're travelling by car it's not a problem though. Nice and sizabke rooms.

Amabilidad y comodidad

Tiene un poco complicado el acceso según por donde vengas, pero por lo demás todo perfecto, a excepción de que no funcionaba la piscina, esto se tendría que avisar antes de hacer la reserva, porque seguramente no lo hubiera cogido, para un hotel de esta v¡categoria es un fallo muy grande a estas alturas del verano

Clean modern Room

Room was clean, modern, shower was great. There was tea and coffee and a good sized tv although Spanish channels. Staff were very friendly. There was food available although I opted not to eat there.

Un hotel moderno con buenas instalaciones, limpieza y en buena situación, ya que está en zona tranquila pero cerca del centro en coche. El trato recibido del personal del hotel ha sido muy bueno. Muy buena comida. Volvería sin duda.

Far, from a 4 star hotel.

This hotel advertises as a a 4 star hotel but in reality the place is a 2.5 star hotel on its best day. The rooms are out of date and need remodeling. The breaksfast wait staff need customer service training. Again, this are things you would not see in a 4 star hotel. If you are looking to book a 4 star hotel, save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

Clean but basic

Secure parking which was good - staff were very “Covid conscious”. Keys card was sanitised ID cards were sanitised before being given back. Breakfast buffet was only handled by the waiter so again felt safe - not worth the money though. The room had been smoked in which was not pleasant and as we didn’t check in until late we didn’t tell them until morning but they did apologise and said they would have swapped the room had we told them

The room is very good. But the service at the breakfast was really slow. With all these new regulations for the covid, they have to have more people serving the breakfast. I was 1 hour waitijg for the service. After that, everything is really good.

Habitación amplia, baño grande y funcional. Difícil aparcar alrededor, aunque hay parking en el hotel por 9 Euros.
