Das Haus eignet sich super als Ausgangsort in der Region. Es hat uns zusammen mit dem Garten und dem freien Blick sehr gut gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Niveau stimmte unseres Erachtens aber im Vergleich zu anderen HĂ€usern in Bezug auf folgende Punkte nicht: - der Hauseingang mutet nach Baustelle an; die Garage (in der sich der SchlĂŒsselkasten befindet) sah nach chaotischer privater Abstellkammer aus und ist nicht geeignet fĂŒr den guten „ersten Eindruck“ - es fehlen blickdichte VorhĂ€nge (mindestens im Bad - die Nachbarn verbringen auch gern Zeit in ihren schönen GĂ€rten ;) - das Mobiliar verspricht auf den Bildern eine QualitĂ€t, die es in der RealitĂ€t nicht hĂ€lt - Kinderstuhl und Gartenmobiliar mussten wir aktiv anfragen - die in vorherigen Bewertungen angesprochene sehr enge Auffahrt ist lĂ€stig, wenn man nicht gerade einen Smart fĂ€hrt - fĂŒr die Bedienung der Sauna wĂ€re eine Kurzanleitung fĂŒr den Gast im Haus hilfreich.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. WĂŒnschenswert wĂ€re es, wenn es eine Möglichkeit gĂ€be das Dachfenster abzudunkeln. WĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr sonnig und dementsprechend heiß im Haus. Unsere Kinder gaben der Unterkunft den Namen "Autohaus", weil es sich aufheizte wie ein Auto.

Aus unserer Sicht mĂŒsste erwĂ€hnt werden, dass die Einfahrt sehr eng ist. Oder der vorderste Pfosten bzw. Stein wird weggenommen, damit man bessern rein- und rausfahren kann. Ansonsten war das Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand, es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen.

Das Scheunenhaus bietet, wie beworben, alle Annehmlichkeiten. Ideale Lage, fern ab vom Trubel in SPO, dennoch alle lohnenswerten Ziele der Umgebung sehr gut zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort umfĂ€nglich vorhanden. Zufahrt zum Haus relativ eng, jedoch machbar. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbernahme/Abgabe problemlos.

Etwas enttÀuscht

Das Scheunenhaus ist gut ausgestattet und modern. Allerdings mehr was fĂŒr Familien mit kleine Kinder, es ist nicht geeignet fĂŒr mehr als 2 Erwachsene. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene. Es war nicht mit Informationsmaterial der Umgebung ausgestattet, so war man auf das WLAN angewiesen, welches sehr langsam war wenn es funktionierte. Die Einfahrt ist eher was fĂŒr kleine Autos oder FahrrĂ€der (die zwar in der Garage standen aber nicht benutzt werden durften). Im Sommer steht die Hitze im Haus, es ist mehr was fĂŒr kalte Jahreszeiten, wenn die Sauna und der Ofen richtig zum Einsatz kommen können. Fazit: Es war zu teuer fĂŒr was geboten wurde. Und die Tatsache, dass es bei vielen Ferienanbietern online angeboten wird und man unnötig BearbeitungsgebĂŒhren zahlt, ist auch enttĂ€uschend. Schade, denn es sah so vielversprechend aus.
