Most staff only try to sell you the timeshare presentation which is really annoying to the point we avoided walking through the lobby area. There were no washing liquid and kitchen towels. The pillows and beddings looked like they were not washed either. The floors weren’t mopped as we could still see dirt on the tiles. "
