“My husband and I stayed here for one night while exploring Newport. Great price and just a quick 20 minute drive from everything in Newport. Quiet and everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend!”

“I was looking for a comfortable place for myself and my dog for a few days -and Cindy’s place was perfect. Private-amazing views- home made banana bread! Cindy also provided a Variety of locals soaps, lotions and facial scrubs to sample-looking forward to returning”

“If you are looking for a room with a view, this is not your place. If you want a very comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a place to rest after a long day, this is as good as any. If you want your money to go toward a lady with young kids instead of a mega millionaire, stay here. This is in the southern suburbs of Boston. Not handicapped accessible because you have to go down 4 steps. ”

“The location was close to lots of activities but far enough away to make parking possible. The home could be better appointed with glassware, dishes etc. It was clean enough.”

“We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need.”

“The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back.”

“The property was filthy when we arrived: the owner told us we could check in early but cleaner was still there until well after 3:30. The place was littered with garbage and dust. The dishes were caked with food residue. The code for entry never worked and every time we left the house we had to be let in remotely. There was garbage littered in the halls of the building as well as piles of garbage lining the outside of the building. The stairs were uneven and banisters were missing making it very……

“Many extras were provided which was a very nice treat. Just like the pictures and central to everything. It was clean and affordable. I would stay again my wife probably would not as she has a bad back and negotiating the stairs was difficult for her”

“Very cute property....out side can use some attention. There was some kind of an animal underneath the front bedroom facing the lake we heard him scratching in the middle of the night also we cleaned out your filter for your heating and air conditioning unit (My husband's a plumbing & heating) it needed to be cleaned out. He also tried to fix the shower it needs to have a cover with a handle is The water is getting down into the wall and it's going to rot out. Otherwise we had a great time……
