• Security: Exterior security cameras are in place for yours and our property’s security. The garage is not accessible to guests.

• Self-Catering: Initial supplies provided include toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent/tablets, tea towels, dishcloth, bin liners, and laundry powder/liquid. Bedding and towels are included, but please bring your own beach towels.
• Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages or additional cleaning fees, refunded post-stay if no issues arise.
