Room Configuration



Bedroom 1 (master with ensuite): 1 x King Bed

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (can be made up together as a King upon request)

Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed



(If you require a change to the standard bedding configuration, please advise us at least 5 days before your arrival).



House Rules and Information



Parking: 2 x off street parking, including parking for a small boat.



*Security Cameras: There is an external camera set up at the front entrance of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
