This spacious house features four bedrooms, offering ample space for your group. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, while the fourth is conveniently located downstairs. Enjoy the convenience of 2.5 bathrooms. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for gatherings, with a cozy fireplace adding warmth. Step outside to a spacious outdoor deck and BBQ area, ideal for enjoying the beautiful tropical surroundings. The designer kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals and offers a butlers pantry. Upstairs, a second living area provides additional space with a sofa and TV. The garage is available for secure carparking or storage and there is 1 carpark on the driveway.
