"I had a wonderful stay at this Embassy Suites in Orlando. I honestly didn’t expect it to be as beautiful and updated as it was—everything looked modern, clean, and smelled fresh from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was fantastic, especially the outdoor spaces. There are so many great areas to relax or gather with friends and family, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant was also a great addition and added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. I accidentally left my sneakers in the room after checkout, and when I returned about six hours later, the team was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me and even allowed me to go back and retrieve them. That level of service really made an impression. Overall, this was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this location to others!"

"Place was filthy infested with roaches the remote to tv did not work the light sockets were broken it was loud lots of people roaming around outside kept me up all night we checked out early and still had 3 more nights to stay because it was so bad there and I booked through Expedia so of course the hotel told Expedia they had no record of me checking out early and would not offer no refund "

"Front desk was very nice and helpful. Before we went to bed my husband killed a cockroach that was on the counter. The room seemed clean before that. "
