We had minor toilet issues and they didn’t have the right back for it. You can’t use the sink and shower at the same time in our room you lose all pressure and it goes ice cold. I definitely wouldn’t come back for what we paid! We stayed on a VERY NICE resort in marathon for about 100 dollars less a night. On a good note all of the other guest and people in the community that we ran into were very nice and social.

Check-in was easy and welcoming. Easy parking. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We had a lower level room on the canal. It was private and quiet. There was a table and chairs that allowed us the opportunity to sit outside in the evening. We had a pleasant stay.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel with my husband and we have an amazing time. The room needs a little update but I was clean and that is what is matters to me. The AC worked fine in my room but I see one guy working on the AC on other room. The staff was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay and I will love to be back soon

The young lady at the reception desk was very sweet. We stay at this property often and most of the rooms are clean and offer a great experience right on the creek. We stayed in a room at the end of the property, for the first time I saw living roaches (not palmetto bug) in one of their rooms. Usually the rooms are clean and neat. It happens, it’s Florida. Other than that this is one of my favorite places to stay. Staff has always been very friendly to this point.

This property is in a perfect location for walking to restaurants and bars. They have 2 very nice pools to choose from. The canal view room we had was very spacious and the balcony was very large to watch boats and nature pass by. The room fridge/freezer was just about full size which made it nice to keep leftovers and lots of drinks. Air conditioning was perfect temp and parking is included in your stay and ample. We also got to use the sister property's amenities which is called The Islander. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Jass the manager is wonderful! We will be back next season with our whole family! Thank you for a very memorable stay!

This place was far below expectations! Dozens of unsupervised children running around at all hours of the night screaming, party music every night until 2:30am, people banging on the room door all night for fun, shower didn’t drain and left you in 4” of gross water in just a few minutes, room was outdated, had to unplug the tv because it turned itself off and on all night long (never worked properly), no fan in the room or bathroom, and worst of all… we watched a woman proposition a couple in the parking lot for a threesome which later turned out to be the hotel’s cleaning lady. We would have stayed somewhere else but were stuck in the area for a wedding and had nowhere else available. Would not recommend!!
