「The room is clean and looks like the pictures but the check-in process can be a bit confusing since there’s no one at the front desk. The host is very responsive over text though.」

「不好的 1。早上九點會有固定施工噪音（打水泥地板聲音） 2。房間廚房有些許螞蟻 3。電器用品有些破損，但不給更換 4。洗澡水忽冷忽熱，最後一天是冰水伺候 5。會突然進房間，沒有經過詢問就進行打掃整理（嚴重安全隱私問題） 好的 1。插座很多 2。隔壁在地市場，可以直接體驗當地小吃或street food 3。社區好上下車，方便搭乘grab 4。自助入住，不用面對面的尷尬 5。樓下有咖啡廳，很優秀！！推薦 6。走路五分鐘內可以到很多地方 」

「 I am so UNHAPPY with this service. They cancelled our booking the day we landed from london to Ho Chi Minh due to the air con not working even though they had other rooms available on their site. Customer service was also so bad and not responsive and we had no place to go when we landed due to the poor communication even though we booked this over 6 months ago. We had to pay almost double the price for another hotel on the day. I’m honestly appalled with this service and don’t recommend this...

「I couldn’t contact the property’s customer service to check in, sent multiple messages without response, tried to call the phone line multiple times and the line said it was disconnected. Even expedia’s customer service couldn’t get a hold of the hotel’s front desk either. Beware this hotel is a scam. I was literally sitting at a coffee shop in the middle of the night, with my luggages, waiting for them to call me back/ response to my messages for me to check in without success. I had to wait...

「The property is getting old and needs renovations. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is it, but do not expect much from the facility. The staff is great, they do not speak English but are very friendly.」
