Ideally located near St Emilion surrounded by vineyards and close to amenities, charming house made for rest.
House of 120 m2 fully fenced and air-conditioned with:
1) on the ground floor, large main room (60 m2) with laundry room and toilet.
2) on the 1st floor:
-1 bedroom with a 160cm bed + large wardrobe
-1 bedroom with a large 140cm bed + wardrobe
-1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + wardrobe + baby bed with bars.
- Shower room with toilet.

Fully equipped: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, baby high chair, satellite TV.

Mouse droppings in kitchen cupboard (no bottom shelf to unit). Cracked tiles, kitchen area shabby. Description did not meet expectations. Owners were helpful and pleasant: check in easy. Very rural location so expect to travel if you go out. Some hazards if travelling with young children. Stairs were very steep and step at top is higher that landing so step down. This could be a trip hazard. Decor knob missing from one of kitchen chairs so screw sticking out.

We had a wonderful stay, the surrounding vineyards and proximity to St Emilion were great and the villa was well equipped and peaceful! To have air conditioning in the villa was such a help too!

We had a lovely stay in this property. The air conditioning was a godsend in the recent heatwave, and the pool was lovely to relax by and get into with the heat. Beds were really comfortable and plenty of space inside and out to eat and relax. Jean is a lovely host who leaves you in peace but is on hand to help with any questions. Our only regret is we weren’t able to visit all the lovely places he recommended. For some, the pool may be a little small but for us it was perfect. Jean was really upfront about minor issues in the property (mainly the grass area being bare due to a recent flood) which is always reassuring when your hosts are honest. The location may be a little isolated for some, as major towns a little further away but for us this wasn’t an issue. Overall thoroughly recommend this property, and definitely Jean as a host - he was very helpful when a flock of sheep and goats decided to pay us a visit in the garden!!

Maison avec jardin clos et piscine privée en pleine campagne vinicole bordelaise, on aime.

12 jours debut Juillet 2024. Maison au calme, en pleine campagne, au silence, avec jardin clos et piscine privée. Barbecue en pierre au charbon de bois, avec auvent electrique sur la terrasse pour se protéger du soleil si besoin. Climatisation dans la maison et Electromenager bien fourni. Ideal pour des balades dans les vignes ou en forêt juste a la sortie de la maison, avec des chevaux juste à côté. Côté touristique : A qq kms des vignes de St Emilion et Pomerol et a 60 kms de Bordeaux. Commerces : aucun a proximité mais cela ne nous a pas gèné. Grand Supermarch a Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle a 9km (12 min en voiture) ou Libourne (22km, 35min en voiture). Proprietaire accueillant et sympathique. Bref, nous recommandons. Cordialement.

Super séjour

J'ai séjourné pendant deux mois dans cette jolie maison. Belle grande pièce de vie avec vue sur la piscine et le jardin sans vis à vis. Petit hameau sans aucune nuisance sonore. Bonne literie avec un lit en 160. Le propriétaire est votre voisin mais très discret et à votre écoute si besoin. Je recommande cette belle maison de vacances.

Vacances dans les vignes.

Maison agréable au cœur des vignes en pleine campagne. Nous avons passé deux supers semaines entre repos, détente et visites des sites touristiques (Bordeaux, St Emilion, Bergerac, Arcachon...) Piscine très agréable après les bonnes ballades surtout avec les chaleurs. Propriétaires disponibles et très gentils qui n'hésitent pas à donner des bons plans et autres conseils pour agrémenter le séjour; (Resto, caves...) De plus, un remerciement tout particulier de la part du chien qui a pu s'éclater dans un grand jardin arboré.

Séjour au calme et dépaysant

Propriété conforme à la description, située au calme au milieu des vignes, pas un bruit à l'horizon ce qui est très appréciable quand nous sommes habitué à vivre à la campagne comme dans notre cas 😊. Les propriétaires habitant juste à côté de la maison sont sympathiques et discret, disponible par téléphone avant même notre arrivée, ils nous ont permis de venir un peu plus tôt, ayant parcouru 980km de nuit avec 2 chiens et 2 enfants c'était très gentil de leur part (encore merci ☺️). Nous avons apprécié le lieu où règne calme et sérénité ainsi que l'espace de vie spacieux, la maison est parfaitement équipé, le terrain entièrement clos nous a permis d'être serein avec nos 2 chiennes😅, la piscine au top pour les enfants et pour les grands également, la climatisation dans la pièce à vivre est très appréciable surtout en période de canicule comme vécu pendant notre séjour, si j'avais un petit plus a suggérer ça serait éventuellement d'envisager de l'installer également à l'étage ou il fait vite très chaud quand les températures grimpe dehors, mais ça ne nous a pour autant pas gâché notre séjour 😀, tout été très bien, les enfants se sont éclatés pour notre plus grand bonheur. Les commerces situés à l'écart de la location ne nous a pas incommodé, il suffit de savoir s'organiser 😊, la télévision avec Netflix et disney+ à ravi les enfants, il y a également un amplificateur wifi qui permet d'avoir une très bonne connexion internet. Nous sommes ravi de notre séjour chez Mr Klopstein et nous gardons l'adresse sous la main 😊. Nous souhaitons une bonne continuation aux propriétaires ! Julie et Florent P.

Le royaume de l'à-peu-près

La maison est située dans une région absolument superbe, est très calme et la terrasse extérieure est particulièrement appréciable. Le propriétaire était disponible par téléphone et très aimable. En revanche, à notre arrivée, certains détails ont malheureusement altéré notre perception de la maison que nous avons habitée pendant une semaine : - Propreté : évier de la cuisine sale, siphon de la douche bouché (que nous avons débouché nous mêmes), poubelles extérieures, pleines à notre arrivée ; - Maison peu fonctionnelle : une prise par chambre, transats autour de la piscine qui ne se plient pas, porte fenêtre coulissante qui ne se ferme pas,... Nous venions de louer une autre maison dans la région pour un budget équivalent, et malheureusement, la maison de Tayac faisait très pâle figure. Elle mériterait d'importants travaux d'aménagement pour accueillir des voyageurs dans des conditions justifiées par le prix de la location.

Calme et repos

Maison spacieuse pour des vacances en familles au milieu des vignes, il est agréable d entendre le silence. Le repos est de mise dans cette maison. Nous y avons passé une agréable semaine. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Nous aurions apprécié une boulangerie un peu plus proche pour le petit déjeuner du matin 😀 seul bémol.

Endroit très agréable,reposant (petit bémol pour le wifi ,étant à mon compte j’avais prévue quelques heures sur pc ,obligée de se déplacer sur Bordeaux chez notre fils pour avoir un vrai wifi) Il faut vraiment préciser qu’il n’y a pas de réseau au moins vous ne prévoyez que des vacances..😆

Vacances près des vignes

Tout d’abord des propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets. Prêts à vous donner des adresses de qualité pour profiter de la région. Une maison agréable et au calme où il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé deux semaines de vacances paisibles et ensoleillées, le jardin et la piscine sont très appréciables, bref nous reviendrons les yeux fermés.

Un coin calme au milieu des vignes

Au calme sans vis à vis,pas un bruit. Idéal pour se ressourcer tt simplement avec des journées bronzette barbeuk et piscine à volonté. À refaire l'an prochain si c'est libre dans nos dates.
