"Easy to find, parking is behind the building, in room air conditioning, lots of knick knacks tells the story of how much heart and energy they put into making you feel like you are staying in a historical museum. Would definitely recommend 👌 👍. When we are in cedar city again for a weekend away, this is on the top of our list to stay at again."

"Great little hotel. Has a indoor pool & hot tub, Rooms where updated and clean & I must say the breakfast was the best I have had in a while. Also loved the QR code for tipping, I don't carry much cash these days and feel guilty when I don't leave one, hope that catches on. I'll be back later in the season, want to get the hot tub suite on my next visit"

"The worst experience ever. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, at 5pm was told the room is still not ready. We had to sit in the lobby until the room was “ready” The front desk said she couldn’t even “call” us when the room was ready and we had to come back and check. She couldn’t even put us in another room, because it didn’t comp what we paid… Eventually cleaning crew said they are no longer cleaning and our room wouldn’t be ready. Front desk eventually put us in a ADA room. We asked for a bottom floor room, due to traveling with luggage and she put us on a second floor. The reasoning was it was close to an elevator. Room was dirty. Found hairs on the bed and toilet. Will attach photos! At this point , we were just happy to get a room. checked out at 8am … and no food at breakfast. No coffee, no plates….. like why even advertise it. When we checked out the elevator didn’t work and the ice machine didn’t work. What a jinx By the way we were traveling with a newborn, paid extra for the bassinet + 1 person. Couldn’t be any worse of an experience. I’ve never written a review, but this experience calls for it. "

"Good to see Hotel is under construction because it’s very outdated. Our room was clean but old. Walls seem to be paper thin as I could hear the man next door coughing all night. I only stayed 1 of 3 scheduled nights. I wouldn’t recommend till after construction is completed."

"The staff was great. Helpful and friendly and helped us to handle a very sticky situation caused by an unruly guest, not related to the property. We were close to just leaving to avoid the issue that was caused by this person, but Management was able to come to the lobby and handle the issue personally and we felt comfortable staying as originally planned. We do travel with a small companion dog, my service animal. The facilities were accommodating and comfortable for traveling with a pet. The room itself was clean and well-appointed, but the linens were a little worn. That would be my only complaint. We will stay here again. Thank you "
