“Excellent location within walking distance of the Square, and quiet, with very nice staff, but otherwise overpriced. Terrible linens. Towels were thin and scratchy. The bed lacked a mattress cover, which most hotels have. The fitted sheet did not fit the king-size bed properly and pulled off at the edges while we slept. Our bathroom was never cleaned during our three-night stay, nor were our bed linens ever changed. We will stay elsewhere on our next trip to Oxford.”

“Hotel was under renovations. Elevator mad scary noise every time it started. Pool has been closed for a while. Only one warm shower during the the days there. TV remote did not work in room. Only the hangers in closet. Sink had crud in it. Bed was good. Room was cold. Breakfast was decent for free. Computer in lobby did not work.”
