"Apartment was large -- three rooms plus bath -- and fitted out well. Nice king-size bed, and there's a second TV in the guest/sitting room. The kitchen was well-equipped although we brought our own Kuerig. The 27 steps to the second floor might be a challenge for some, but not for us! The view was great for sunsets, but no view of Main Street. But the convenient location more than made up for that. Overall, highly recommended!"

"We rarely book condos or apartments and prefer houses, cabins, etc. However, this condo was a pleasant surprise. It was amazing! From the beautiful historic building, the assigned parking and secure entrance to the style, comfort and cleanliness of the condo there was nothing to find fault with. A well outfitted kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable furniture, luxurious bedding, awesome shower, I could go on and on... My only complaint... terrible toilet paper! But, hey, no one's...

If you like the sounds of nature on a lake with a nice place to sit on the porch it is delightful. "Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"Fabulous location! Walk to West End restaurants, shops and bars in 5 minutes. A 15 minute walk to downtown and all its attractions. Quiet neighborhood. You hear your neighbors in the single story building but nobody was crazy. How to sound proof the building? Small place but adequate for our needs."
