Best area: Large apartment with cleaning service

Fully equipped, freshly renovated, large apartment of 140 sqm in the most prestigious district of Tbilisi with well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, two bedrooms, air conditioners, TVs, balconies, fast internet, satellite TV and FireTV. A cleaning service approximately every 10 days is included. The apartment has large windows so it is flooded with light. The old town is within walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bakeries surround the house.

The space
The apartment is located in the most cozy and prestigious residential area of Tbilisi. There are several parks within walking distance. The nearest park (Mziuri) is 12 min away on foot. Then follow "Vake Park" (about 20 min) and "Turtle Lake" (40 min).

Both bedrooms have desks and comfortable ergonomic office chairs. One bedroom has a LAN connection.

The apartment offers high ceilings and large spaces, natural light in all rooms. With the exception of the kitchen and hallway, there is parquet flooring throughout.

There is a central heating. In summer the rooms are well air-conditioned. There is a large air conditioner in the living room and a medium air conditioner in the larger bedroom.

There is a yoga mat and also a dumbbell to work out with. A guitar can be provided.

There is a projector and a Bluetooth speaker at home, so you can project movies on the wall and / or listen to music.

The apartment is located on the second floor. There is no elevator. The neighbors are very quiet.

All our guests read very carefully the house rules. After booking you will receive a message with all the info.
Other things to note
I would like to emphasize some important things: All people are welcome in my home, no matter what nation or religion. However, my guests must be ready to accept certain facts. - Georgia is a sovereign country and 20% of it is occupied by Russia. They forbid us to enter these regions because we have Georgian nationality.

All those who can accept this are warmly invited to stay with us and visit our beautiful country.

Attention:
Important: All utilities are included in the price. However, if consumption goes 50% above average, guests will have to pay extra. We are not picky, but it should be avoided that guests run the air conditioner when they leave the house or do cloud mining. Besides the high cost and environmental impact, this is also a concern because the power lines are not designed for such continuous operation.
