The hotel room just needed a couple of tweaks to give this a higher rating. A comfortable chair in the room is needed for reading or meditation. The room size and bathroom were a nice size and clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location to liberty square and lots of restaurants and shopping. Some of the staff were friendly and some seemed somewhat inconvenienced.

My room was great and fulfilled my expectations. The service is well-mannered und very kind. During my stay were some building lift-ups - things has to done a day. All good because they made it as quiet as possible.

We arrived at night, they didn’t have a room ready, tho we communicated that we will arrive later. So we paid for the whole night, arrived at 6 am, they didn’t have a room and suggest us to wait until 11, next day of our booking. This is beyond rude. Besides that there is a bar or something downstairs, so at night on the weekends it is challenging to sleep, very noisy outside even at 1,2,3 am. I suggest you avoid this hotel at all costs. That night wasn’t refunded by the way, but they suggested a cheesecake or something for free. Funny.

Great Location, But Disappointing Stay

We did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the location is excellent, several issues made our experience uncomfortable. Some of the staff were rude, the AC in our room was not functioning properly, and the complimentary water bottles included in the package were not provided. Additionally, the curtain in the room was not properly fitted, which affected our comfort. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations and the service quality needs improvement.

This is a one or two stars hotel Maximum. The price for this level is extremely not reasonable or fair. The pictures presented and the descriptions do not represent the real story. From the start you will notice that BillCaptain services will not be available I refused to check in and the front desk lady refused to refund me. She was the only one working in this place.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, easy access to many sights and areas of Tbilisi. My room was very large and has two tiny terraces with no furniture but excellent views of Mother of Georgia. The decor is not to everyones liking but I found it exciting and vibrant and the room was very clean and had all amenities one could with for (but NO fridge and minibar; there was an empty, unplugged fridge ditched in the room for some reason…). There was work done in the hallway ceiling until very late at nigit which was disturbing if you don´t mind listening to a vacuum cleaner just before midnight. The area itself is secure and quiet apart from weekend nights when noises from people partying in the streets can be disturbing. Overall, i had a pleasant stay but must stay I am rather disappointed with the staff; NOT ONCE was I noted and greeted by the staff when passing the reception area. Exception for the guy on my early check out who was very friendly and helpful arranging transportation to the airport - kudos to him!

Yanıltıcı bilgiler verip müşteri çekiyor. İtiraz edince de sizi azarlıyorlar. Otoparkı var diye tercih ettim ancak otoparkları yokmuş. Söylediğimde de saçma sapan tavırlarla karşılaştım. Asla iyi işletilen bir otel değil.

Escolhemos o hotel porque as fotos nos encantaram e, de fato o hotel é muito bem decorado e confortável. Mas aconteceu algo que me causou grande estranheza. Apesar de estarmos em dois no apartamento, nos foi disponibilizado apenas um cartão de acesso e quando solicitei o segundo por uma necessidade que se apresentou, me foi negado, por mais que tenha me comprometido em devolver o cartão na sequência. Achei essa conduta absurda. Sobre o estacionamento... não há vaga sequer para retirar as malas do carro e o staff do hotel não oferece nenhuma informação sobre estacionamentos próximos.

A super unique hotel in a great area of town, with fantastic views of the city. We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony that had a beautiful view of the Mother of Georgia statue. The hotel has a cool decoration, it's new, different and modern. Staff is extremely helpful, especially Irakli K, who was very friendly and assisted us in every possible way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and are looking forward to visiting again!

We really liked our stay at Platforma and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The staff was very friendly and the hotel has an attached restaurant that was open till 11 pm. The location is walking distance to tourist attractions and there are a few grocery stores and restaurants around the corner as well.
