About this space
We are new to this website as of January 2022 but have been hosting guests and have a super host status on another booking site for many years.
Beachfront studio( standalone) situated in front of a surf break in Te Awanga. We have just completely renovated upstairs mid October 22.
An open plan studio with decks both sides, the kitchen kitchen is new and has a full oven , gas hob, rangehood, F&P dishdraw, microwave etc , also a Nespresso coffee machine , webber bbq on the seaside deck, all linen supplied is including dressing gowns to laze on the deck and take in the sunrise. A heatpump and new smart TV complete the package along with free wifi.
Separate bathroom below accessed from outside.( for your own private use only)
We are situated a quick walk to wineries, a bike hire is near by, and safe swimming opposite along with surfing and fishing .
We are situated on the cycle track .
If you are looking for a private and relaxing space in front of the ocean, close to local amenities with the added bonus of fabulous views put this on your must stay list.
The space
Unobstructed views of the ocean, option of an additional outdoor hot shower in the garden to rinse off after a swim or surf in the ocean should you like to use it .
Guest access
Parking is roadside by the pond opposite .
Other things to note
The bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs and access is external. Stairs to the studio are reasonably steep and may not suit someone with hip or knee issues. We haven't had people have issues with this over the years but want to make sure it isn't an issue for you , we want nothing more than for you to be happy with your stay.
Please note we have a security camera operating this covers our main entrance and garage and this is purely for security . There is no cameras inside dwellings.
