“GREAT all around! Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff who treated us like family. Very spacious rooms and bathroom; beds and pillows were super comfy. “Our room in an old Palazzo had original frescos on the ceiling, a small balcony overlooking the city wall and surrounding countryside, and comfortable furniture and bed. The location is quite close to the Campo (central plaza in Siena) and we were made to feel very welcome. Check-in instructions were sent to us proactively and suggestions for restaurants and sights were also sent. I'm really glad we chose to stay here!”
